What higher time to spice up your fruit consumption than the beginning of summer season, when candy, colourful fruit is reaching its peak? If you happen to’re something like me, you’re keen on a great sweet-and-savory combo—and this week’s menu is stuffed with them. We’re highlighting two of the season’s finest: juicy peaches and bursting-with-flavor blueberries. You’ll see simply how effectively they shine within the 5 recipes under.
Produce
• 1 small lemon
• 12 ripe peaches
• 4 cups blueberries
• 1 ½ teaspoons recent ginger
• 1 small jalapeno
• 1 ¼ cup basil leaves

1. Begin With What’s in Season (and on Sale)
Begin your menu plan with what’s in season and on sale. For instance, if peaches aren’t ripe, swap for different stone fruits which are, or if hen is on sale, swap it for steak in dinner 1 above.
