Orange Burrata Salad
1 cup arugula
1 giant orange
1 blood orange
4 oz burrata cheese
1 Tbsp pomegranate arils
1 Tbsp pistachio, chopped
Lime juice to style
Further virgin olive oil to style
Sea salt and pepper to style
- Prepare arugula on a serving plate.
- Slice ends off of oranges, then slice away the peel, and eventually, reduce into slices. Prepare orange and blood orange slices across the arugula.
- Break two child Burrata balls into items and place on arugula.
- Sprinkle pomegranate arils and chopped pistachios on high.
