  1. Place a small sauce pan on medium warmth. Add 1 cup blueberries, maple syrup, water, and lemon juice to pan. Deliver to a simmer. Decrease warmth if wanted and simmer for 10 minutes stirring steadily.

  2. Stir in one other cup of blueberries and simmer for 8 minutes. Flip off warmth. Sauce will thicken because it cools. Pour over ice cream or scones or pancakes.
