If you happen to love sausage, cheese, and potatoes, you’ll love this easy German soup. It has tons of taste because of the smoked sausage, paprika, browned onions, garlic, and crushed purple pepper.

Cozy Potato Sausage Soup
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Sprint crushed purple pepper
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1.5 kilos child gold potatoes, cubed
4 cups rooster inventory
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 oz cheddar cheese, grated (1/4 cup)

- Warmth olive oil in a Dutch oven. Add diced onion and prepare dinner till gentle, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and prepare dinner one other minute or two till it begins to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in paprika, dried oregano, and crushed purple pepper.
