Smoky Cauliflower Salad – Nicky’s Kitchen Sanctuary


A tastebud-tingling, filling cauliflower salad made with little nuggets of cauliflower seasoned and roasted within the oven, then served with vibrant veg-packed couscous. All completed off with a very good drizzle of sriracha mayo. Serve it heat or chilly.
